I studied at St Mary’s University in Twickenham where I gained an ITEC diploma, an internationally recognised therapy qualification.
I am a full member of the Sports Massage Association, which is a governing body dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the field of soft tissue therapy.
My passion for the benefits of massage and soft tissue therapy were borne out of my own personal need for treatment, whereby injuries related to past activities were causing me lingering pain and discomfort. Having then experienced the changes to my health and well-being because of regular treatment, I realised this was the field I wanted to work in.
I believe that sports massage is not just for athletes or people who partake in regular exercise. The treatments and processes involved are beneficial for all types of soft tissue problems.
