Elizabeth is a qualified holistic practitioner with over twenty years’ experience in natural therapies specialising in Systematic Kinesiology, Reiki and Ayurvedic therapies.
Her interest for natural health and holistic therapies grew out of her childhood and it has been continuing through the various training courses she has undertaken since, training with highly respected teachers and experts of holistic medicine from Europe, Asia and India. Today, she shares her knowledge with clients helping them to balance their health, reduce the stress level and maintain optimum well-being. In her practice Elizabeth uses therapies that are prevention-oriented, free from harmful side-effects and show the perfect way to live in harmony with the laws of Nature.
Elizabeth holds the updated DBS (The Disclosure and Barring Service) and First Aid certificate.
