I qualified as a therapeutic massage therapist in 1999 at St Marys College, Twickenham. After obtaining an ITEC diploma in Aromatherapy I practised as a mobile therapist for a couple of years. I then went on to train as a reflexologist and after qualifying with the AOR in 2001 spent over five years working with transplant patients attending the Ruth Myles leukaemia unit at St George’s Hospital Tooting.
Wanting to explore energy therapies further I then qualified as a cranio-sacral therapist with Thomas Attlee at the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy, Primrose Hill London in 2003. I then joined the therapist team at the Natural Therapies Clinic Weybridge. Returning to explore physical body work further, I qualified as a sports massage therapist at St Marys College Twickenham in 2005.
I have recently graduated from the University of West London with a degree in Nutritional Medicine and am now able to offer nutritional consultations.
I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, Member of British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (www.bant.org.uk) , registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom (www.craniosacral.co.uk) and hold full insurance. To comply with self regulation of complementary therapies I undertake continued professional development in all the therapies which I now practice.
