What is Coaching?

As defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), “Coaching is a creative and thought-provoking process that involves partnering with clients to help them maximize their potential.” It is a collaborative, goal-oriented process in which a skilled coach guides individuals or groups to achieve specific objectives, enhance performance, and navigate personal or professional challenges.

My coaching style and approach are rooted in a rich career within a multinational corporation, complemented by expertise in NLP, holistic practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki, and advanced studies in Psychosynthesis Psychology. This unique combination allows me to address individuals as whole beings—integrating mind, body, and emotions, while also tapping into the deeper dimensions of soul and spirit.
